Our physical education program is designed to promote lifetime physical fitness and recreational interests. The curriculum is designed to give the students planned structured physical activities that allow them opportunities to explore a variety of experiences. The program includes physical skill development, health enhancing fitness, and social skill development.
From the rules of sportsmanship, sharing, participation and cooperation to team sport activities featuring recreational and individual sports for lifetime, we provide a foundation of fundamentals are covered, and testing of skills assessed through national testing.
