As an alumni school in the Healey Education Foundation’s Advancement Methodology, Notre Dame Academy leadership was invited to participate on a panel for the April HealeyEd Talk. The panel focused on defining a school’s unique value proposition and communicating that to the broader community. NDA was highlighted for our strong retention and successful story-telling resulting in enrollment growth the last five years and retention ranging from 93-96%.

Erin Duffy, an NDA Board member and Enrollment Committee member, led the way for NDA to create their unique value proposition. NDA held parent focus groups, interviewed faculty and staff and then created messaging around what our community valued and why they chose Notre Dame. Joann Meyer, the Enrollment and Marketing Director, worked to include this new messaging in website content, flyers, social media, and communication with perspective parents.

NDA was honored to be the featured school and appreciates the years of guidance thanks to the Advancement grant provided by the Healey Foundation that made this work possible. This amazing school community continues to share the good news in the west metro area resulting in new students that now benefit from a Catholic education and the support of parishioners, alumni families, faculty, staff and current parents.
