GRANDPARENTS/VIP DAY SCHEDULE:
1:00:  Doors open, check-in begins
1:30 – 2:15:  Prayer Service and Music Program
2:30 – 3:30:  Classroom Visit, Guest/Child Activity, Photo Opportunity, Refreshments
3:30:  Student Dismissal with Guest* or Return to Classroom

PARKING:
Please park in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church parking lot and enter the church doors. See map for specific directions.

STUDENT DISMISSAL WITH GUESTS:
For the safety of our students, all arrangements must have been made at the time of registration or 24 hours in advance via email to (SCHOOL OFFICE). Requests made after 3:00 pm cannot be accommodated.

LIVE STREAM:
If your student’s Grandparents are unable to attend due to distance or other challenges, or you want to watch the prayer service and program, the event will be live streamed and available via the IHM link beginning at approximately 1:15pm.
